Fed: Serial rapist wins right to appeal to High Court=2

A High Court spokeswoman said Justice GUMMOW will also consider an application to remove
an appeal in the Queensland Court of Appeal to the High Court next week.

FARDON'S legal team last week filed the appeal against Justice WHITE'S November the
6th decision to keep him behind bars indefinitely.

But they now want the High Court to hear the appeal.
