Qld: Sir Joh to go home today
Former Queensland Premier Sir JOH BJELKE-PETERSEN is to return to his Kingaroy hometoday after more than a week in hospital.
The man who led the sunshine state for an unprecedented 19 years was flown to Brisbane'sWesley Hospital on Easter Thursday with severe back and shoulder pain.
But Sir JOH'S wife Lady FLO says her 91-year-old husband is now doing very well.
His son JOHN says doctors have linked the former National Party leader's latest medicalproblems to his Parkinson's disease.
